Silver Foxes & Belles Mtg

Silver Foxes and Belles presents a performance by Griffin McMahon. Griffin is a 14 year old singer/pianist. He’s an 8th grade student at Williams Middle School in Longmeadow, MA. He plays a wide variety of music including Billy Joel, James Taylor, Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Burt Bacharach, Gershwin, jazz, and classical! He performs solo in the area quite often and has performed at places such as the Academy of Music in Northampton, Symphony Hall in Springfield, PACE in Easthampton, and the Majestic Theatre in West Springfield. He was recently chosen as one of four finalists to perform Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue with the Springfield Symphony Orchestra for the Annual Rhodes Competition. He will audition for Maestro Kevin Rhodes in mid-January. Griffin loves to perform!

Water Aerobics

Water exercise will allow you to get all the benefits of land aerobics without all the stress to your joints. Low impact, high intensity workouts that are great for all ages. Work your body through "full range of motion" water exercises using the large muscle groups to burn fat and tone up.
