Ballecore


A medically endorsed program, Ballecore intergrates Pilates, Ballet and Hatha Yoga in a revolutionary workout for all ages. Benefits include strengthening core muscles, conditioning the mind and body through movement, improved balance, increased energy, flexibility and stamina.

BODYPUMP


The ORIGINAL barbell class, brought to your from world-renowned Les Mills. This class strengthens the entire body. It challenges your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. You will get the results you are looking for!

Sassified Step!


Step is a low impact, high-intensity cardiovascular workout using a platform called the "step." Intensity can be modified by changing the height of the step, sometimes integrating weights.

Tenacity


Check out this rigorous, athletic workout. Learn multiple drills, skills & activites that can be done with the BOSU Balance Trainer. Create the energy of a high performance team in every class. If you crave competition, you won't want to miss this!

Circuit Training


Sixty minutes of exhilarating exercises performed in intervals and circuits, moving from station to station, while using an array of equipment. A perfect blend of strength & cardio.

Over 55 Fitness


Have fun while improving flexibility, toning muscles and building endurance. This class includes walking, stretching, mat work and cool down. Sept 18 - Dec 21, 2007. Fitness members can attend class for FREE. Walk ins: $3 members; $4 social; $6 non-members. Three days: $108 members; $117 social; $153 non-members. Two days: $75 members; $88 social; $107 non-members.

Gentle Yoga


Appropriate for all ages. Yoga is still considered one of the best activities for your mind and body. Flexibility is not a necessary element to a peaceful and enjoyable yoga practice.

Cycling


Come experience this high-intensity indoor cardio class where participants ride on stationary bikes. Hit the hills, power the spirits, and chase down the competition.

Spanda Yoga (all levels)


Come enjoy the practice and benefits of an all-levels Spanda based Yoga class in a non-competitive and supportive environment. Spanda Yoga, The Yoga of Movement, is rooted in the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga. Together, we will explore building a safe, fun, efficient and expressie workout and yoga practice.

Fierce Fusion


For the woman who wants it all...a fusion of step, cardio kickboxing and dance. The class will consist of sixty minutes of cardio complimented with an additional ten minutes of balance training.

Super Sculpt


Super Sculpt offers body sculpting exercises for all levels. A variety of equipment will be used to keep things fresh.
