Small Group Training

Small Group Training
Small group training is a fun, effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. Our certified trainers lead these groups focusing on individual strengths, goals and fitness levels of the participants. Group training is progressive and results driven, with each session lasting four to eight weeks, meeting one or two times a week depending on class type and class size. Member and General Public rates are available. Have questions? Need help setting a group up? Does your group want a different class than what is offered? Shockwave

Dubbed by the media as “the most efficient total-body workout in the world,” ShockWave is extreme cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge utilizes a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, the core and the arms. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition and motivation designed to push you to your max effort and provide extreme results!

Kettlebells

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. It's challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment.

TRX

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

TRX Yoga

TRX Yoga is a very efficient full body workout. TRX Yoga allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer forces you to use normal coordinated muscle effort, used to complete most everyday activities. Plus the TRX is fun and different and we promise you won't be bored.

ViPR

ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It combines full-body movement with load, enhancing the vitality, performance and reconditioning goals of clients and athletes. ViPR introduces a new concept in fitness and sports conditioning – Loaded Movement Training. Loaded Movement Training combines task-oriented movement patterning with resistance training. Agility and strength come from moving the body in a multitude of purposeful tasks with load.
