Now is your chance to do the impossible!

Sam Iturrino, JCC Personal Trainer, will lead beginner athletes to train and run the Hartford Marathon, October 11, 2014.   Sam will guide, encourage and coach you along this journey....together we can achieve!  Together we can be an inspiration to yourself, your family and your friends.
Training topics during the next 30 weeks include, but are not limited to:
•          Flexibility - Foam Roll, Static Stretch, Dynamic Stretch
•          Proper Hydration & Energy Drinks
•          Cross Training
•          Injury Prevention
•          Cadence/Pace
•          Footwear & Apparel
•          Core Stability and Strength
•          Strength Training
•          Nutrition
•          Post-Workout Drink and Protein
•          Training Nutrition
•          Speed and Recovery
•          Race Day Prep
•          Training/Racing Tips
