Personal Trainer Chase LaDue is a student at Holyoke Community College, studying health, fitness and nutrition. Most notably, he is a member of the Army National Guard and holds the rank of Sergeant.

“Helping people with their personal goals is what I enjoy most,” says Chase. “I educate my clients about the proper fundamentals of resistance, cardiovascular and flexibility training, to ensure they meet and perhaps even surpass their goals.”
