Personal Trainer



Sam earned his BS in Health and Fitness from Springfield College, where he also wrestled and ran cross country. He still enjoys competing in an occasional race and wrestling tournament. From the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he holds his Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist certifications. He is also TRX certified. His expertise allows him to guide individuals who are rehabbing an injury and managing chronic pain; train young athletes in achieving their personal best, emphasize proper biomechanics; help with weight loss or muscle gain; and help the aging body keep up with its youthful mind. Sam is also the Strength and Conditioning coach of the STCC Wrestling Team, with a primary focus on safely guiding the athletes with their weight loss goals. Sam and his wife have four children.
