The Leader In Me at the Springfield JCC Preschool:
We have been asked to be part of the "Leader in Me" program that is changing the way educators understand and teach children throughout the United States. We have always known that each child is special and unique. Now, through this program based on Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, we have a proven method to build a child's self esteem and therefore his or her academic achievments. The JCC Preschool staff will be receiving training throughout the month of October and are very excited to begin teaching with the 7 Habits in mind. Please stop by and talk to Deb Cohen about how families will also be involved.
