Mediterranean Cooking Experience on the Amalfi Coast

Sunday, April 24 – Sunday, May 1, 2022 (8 days, 7 nights)

Join the J for a Mediterranean cooking experience in Italy for women only. Imagine yourself sitting under a wisteria covered pergola, sipping a glass of cold Prosecco, and looking out on the shimmering blue waters of the Mediterranean. But you don’t have to dream; join us for the trip of a lifetime!

Journey to the town of Sant’ Agata sui due Golfi, situated about 10 km from Sorrento, for this Amalfi Coast culinary vacation featuring five-star accommodations at a relais hotel of only six rooms and five suites. Originally built in 1892 as the villa of a rich German aristocrat, the villa was restored and is now a splendid boutique hotel high on the hills overlooking the gulfs of Salerno and Naples. The Amalfi region is truly one of the most beautiful in Italy. Your excursions for the week will take you to the towns of Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello, to the island of Capri, and even the ancient ruins of Pompeii. Rounding off the week will be the wonderful hands-on cooking classes in the dedicated teaching kitchen, and meals and memories to last a lifetime. Participants must provide proof of vaccination.

Washington D.C.

We have unfortunately been forced to postpone our Washington D.C. Racial Justice and Civil Rights trip that was originally scheduled for December, 2021 to sometime in 2022. Many of the museums that we had hoped to visit are still limiting their group sizes and require scheduled time slots which make group visits very difficult to plan. Please watch for further details and contact Bev Nadler if you would like to receive further information once dates have been finalized.
