Move to the Beat

In-person at the J | Ages 8+
Our friends will start with stretching, then get moving to music! There will be gentle strengthening along the way and a cool-down session featuring mindfulness and yoga at the end. This class will be modified to accommodate each participant’s abilities.
Cost: $72 JCC members, $88 general public
