Meet the Trainers
Doug Allen – Personal Trainer
Doug holds a B.S. in Physical Education from Westfield State and a Master’s Degree in Health and Fitness from Springfield College. Doug has 35 years of experience in the Health & Wellness field. In addition to Personal Training, he is also teaches Cycling and group exercise classes. Doug was the head coach for Women’s Track at Westfield State College for 8 years. He has been employed at the J for 25 years. Doug and his wife have three children.

Sean Martin – Personal Trainer
Sean Martin has been a lifelong athlete and fitness junkie. He has spent time working in many different areas in the field including rehabilitation and sport training. Sean graduated from Springfield College with his MBA after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Sean is also the Assistant Coach for the Springfield College Basketball Team, where, during his playing days, he had received numerous accolades for his on court performance and academics.

Barb Orszulak – Personal Trainer
Barb holds an Associates Degree in Science and was employed for many years in local school systems as a Physical Therapy Assistant. In this capacity, she serviced the needs of children and young adults with moderate-to-severe challenges such as Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Spina Bifida.
While Barb continues applying her unique skill-set with special needs young adults, she is excited to begin a new chapter in helping all people move towards their goal – and her passion – FITNESS.
