Athletics Foundation/Small Group Training: This program helps beginner athletes develop proper technique, coordination, and balance. It builds teenagers' confidence and teaches them how to lift weights correctly before college.
Ages 11-16
Pre-registration is required.
Fee: $120 JCC members, $150 general public
JCC members: To register at member pricing, please login to your Account Portal.
First-time registrants: Before you register, first fill out the Guest Account Application, and then go to the Account Portal and follow the steps to create an account.
