Join us for a demonstration cooking class and learn from celebrated chef, Sandy D’Amato how to make an impressive dinner. Cooking demonstration begins at 6:00 pm and participants will get to enjoy the fruits of his labor served in a lovely dining room that overlooks a garden and a beautiful view of the Connecticut River. Transportation will be provided for those interested. Dinner will be accompanied by wine pairings. Limited to 10.
- Late-spring Senegalese vegetable soup with sorrel and peas
- Roasted beet, fennel, and arugula salad with coriander vinaigrette
- Seared salmon with leek broth and black olive dressing
- Poppy seed cheese tart with toasted walnut crust and tart cherry sauce

Instructor: Sandy D’Amato is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is a James Beard Award-winning chef and the former owner of two critically-acclaimed restaurants in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is the author of Good Stock: Life on a Low Simmer.
