Join us for a demonstration cooking class and learn how to make an impressive meal that is sure to delight your guests from celebrated chef, Sandy D’Amato. Cooking demonstration begins at 10:30 am and participants will get to enjoy the fruits of his labor served in a lovely dining room that overlooks a garden and a beautiful view of the Connecticut River. Transportation will be provided for those interested. Limited to 10.
- Middle Eastern carrot and pomegranate soup
- Turkish red wine-marinated beef kebabs with fennel, eggplant, and peppers on einkorn wheat tabbouleh
- Lemon semolina cake with spring fruit compote

Instructor: Sandy D’Amato is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is a James Beard Award-winning chef and the former owner of two critically-acclaimed restaurants in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is the author of Good Stock: Life on a Low Simmer.
