Joel Chasnoff and Benji Lovitt mix stand-up comedy with favorite stories from their book, Only in Israel, and explain how their relationship with Israel deepened in unexpected ways while writing it. Audiences will understand why this book could be written only in Israel, a place where A-level artists, journalists, and academics are willing to speak face-to-face with a pair of authors they don’t know but whose mission they believe in.
Joel Chasnoff is an American-Israeli stand-up comedian and writer with stage and screen credits in eight countries. Benji Lovitt is an American-Israeli who made Aliyah in 2006 and whose observations on Israeli society have brought smiles to faces all over the world.
