Join us for online classes taught by a certified weight loss coach for a 6-week journey to learn how your brain is likely sabotaging your weight loss efforts and how to retrain it so you’ll think differently about food and never gain the weight back again. You’ll also get a personalized healthy food protocol that fits easily into your lifestyle – no counting calories or points!
Each class builds on the next, so please plan to attend all six. However, if you need to miss one, arrangements can be made for you to watch a recording to catch up.
Instructor: Diane Lynn, a former 18-year resident of Longmeadow, is a certified weight loss coach who was a big emotional eater all of her life. By training her brain, she was finally able to lose 65 pounds and keep it off for good. She was so impressed by the power of harnessing her thoughts that she quit her corporate career, got her coaching certification, and is now on a mission to help as many people as possible gain control over their weight, health, and mind!
