Do you love to sing? Regardless of your level or vocal range, join others and participate in a welcoming group where you’ll learn vocal technique, harmony singing, and expand your repertoire while gaining confidence in your unique voice. Music selections will include popular classes, jazz, and Broadway tunes. Prior experience singing in a choral group would be helpful, but is not required. Some experience reading music would be helpful. Minimum number of participants is 12.
Instructor: Ava D’Agostino is a New York State certified music teacher who recently graduated from UMass Amherst with a Master of Music in voice performance. She currently works at the Community Music School of Springfield as co-director of the Children’s Chorus and as a private voice instructor. She will be accompanied by Mara Penatzer.
Cost: $75 JCC members, $100 general public
