Pickleball at the J!

With 3 courts in our gymnasium for Pickleball, we can accommodate many players of all skill levels. Pickleball is one of the fastest growing racquet sports across the United States. It’s a combination of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. The sport is played with a paddle and wiffleball. You can play either indoors or outdoors! If you are a J member, you play for FREE….if you are not a J member, consider joining for unlimited play. Check out the playing times on the gym schedule.

Pickleball 101
Most of us have heard about Pickleball…but what is it? Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong using a paddle and plastic ball with holes. It is a game appropriate for players of all ages and all skill levels. Rules for pickleball are simple, making it a great introductory sport. It can also be quite challenging, fast-paced, and competitive when you become more experienced. Once you’ve learned, you can join us every morning for open play at the J.
Limited to 12 players.

Wednesdays 9:30 to 10:30am
October 13, 20, 27, November 3
