New exercise studios opening!

From Wednesday, June 4, our cycling classes and the majority* of our group exercise classes will take place in the new mezzanine studios. These two, updated and purpose-built spaces will provide a permanent home for our cycling classes, and free up the functional fitness room so that it can be used more often by members.

You can view the weekly group exercise schedules and class locations here.

*Better Balance, Senior Strength, and Exercise for Parkinson's classes will remain downstairs.

To celebrate the opening of the mezzanine studios, we are inviting you to Bring a Friend for Free to a group exercise class during June. They can choose from cycling, cardio and strength, yoga, Pilates or Zumba classes, and experience for themselves everything you enjoy about working out here at the J. For free!

Finding your class

To make it as easy as possible for you to get to your new class locations, there will be schedules and signs posted in the lobby and in the Health & Wellness hallway. Please check them for info or ask a staff member for help.

To get to a cycling class, go up the stairs at the corner of the Health & Wellness hallway, between the fitness center and the functional fitness room.

To get to an exercise class, go down the hallway past the women's locker room and up the stairs on the right just before the door to the pool.
