Strength & Sculpt with Nicki | Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00 – 8:55 AM
Body sculpting exercises that are great for all levels. A variety of equipment will be used to keep things fresh.
Yogalates with Nicki | Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 – 9:45 AM
A blend of yoga and pilates that focuses on strength, flexibility, breath, and mindfulness.
Better Balance with Nancy | Mondays and Fridays, 10:30 – 11:15 AM
The average American loses 40% of their muscle by age 70 leading to a loss of balance and an increase in falls. Balance training will focus on strengthening the major muscles of the body and core to offset age related muscle loss and will include exercises specifically working balance.
Restorative Yoga with Cam | Mondays, 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Yin inspired deep stretch class. This passive flow will consist of a series of longer held seated postures that touch the connective tissues, ligaments, joints, tendons, and bones in the body. Each position will be held for 3 – 5 minutes and will incorporate both deep breathing and meditative practices. This all-levels class is slower-paced and a perfect way to wind down and relax after a long day in preparation for a deep night’s sleep!
Papaya Pilates with Carissa | Wednesdays, 6:00 – 6:50 PM
Pilates builds a balanced body with an emphasis on core strength, alignment, balance, and flexibility. This class is open to adults and suitable for all levels, but geared towards beginners. Please wear socks.
Vin/Yin Yoga with Cam | Saturdays, 9:00 – 10:00 AM
A fusion session that will encompass both yang and yin elements. The first half of the class will focus outward, utilizing strong and dynamic flows intended to warm the body. Once the muscles are energized, the second half of the class will allow us to work inward and revitalize the body and mind. This is an all-levels class that will provide a well-rounded flow to incorporate cardio, strength, endurance, balance, restoration, and deep breathing. You will leave feeling energized and focused!
Circuit Challenge with Nancy | Saturdays, 10:00 – 10:45 AM
Perform different stations each week to test your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, balance, flexibility, and mental toughness. Are you up for the challenge?
Peaceful Minds with Cam | Saturdays, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
These gentle yoga sessions will focus solely on relaxation with added emphasis on deep breathing and guided meditation, cultivating calm and serene states of mind and body. We will settle into restorative poses and explore different yogic breathing patterns as hallmarks of relaxation and well-being.
