On Tuesday, November 4th, we are holding a free vaccination clinic, open to all members who would like to attend.

Walgreens pharmacy staff will administer the following flu and COVID-19 vaccines:

• Flucelvax - which protects against two type A strains and one type B strain of the flu
• Fluzone HD - a higher dose of flu vaccine for those over 65
• COVID-19 - if you would like a COVID-19 vaccine, please pre-register by contacting Michelle Izquierdo, Senior Director of Human Resources at 413-372-9745 or mizquierdo@springfieldjcc.org

The clinic will be open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, in the new Anne & Jack Robinson Community Room at the JCC.

Simply come along when it is convenient for you. Make sure to bring your health insurance card and a completed vaccine form. Forms can be downloaded here or picked up from the Welcome Desk at the J.
