Get ready for the 2023 CHEERS Block Party, a celebration of the J’s Kehillah Special Needs Department. What do we have to celebrate? Kehillah has grown to be one of the area’s leading adaptive and inclusive programs, and the fun will take place here at our very own J!

What’s there to look forward to? A lot – truly, fun for all ages! There will be a wide variety of food trucks, including some favorites like Holyoke Hummus Company, BATCH Ice Cream, and Disco Forno Pizza. Mix in a DJ, dancing, games, and activities for ALL ages and abilities, and you’re sure to have a great time!

The event is open to the entire community, and interested guests will have the option to learn more about Kehillah’s offerings and how they or their families might benefit. In addition, there will be a number of special games and giving opportunities throughout the event to help raise funds for Kehillah programs.

In 2021, the CHEERS event engaged 300 people and raised almost $30,000 allowing people of all ages and ability levels to enjoy activities like the J’s fully-inclusive summer camp, adaptive aquatics lessons, young adult social clubs, and more! Please join us in this celebration to help ensure that Kehillah programs can continue to serve the diverse needs of our entire community.

Pre-registration is required by purchasing tickets online or in-person at the JCC. Tickets will not be sold at the event. Registration will close at 12:00 PM on Sunday, October 15.
