1. Social Security Supplemental Income: What is it? Comparison to social security disability income, Benefit amounts and use in housing/room and board, Qualification criteria, and Connection to wealth planning.
2. Income tax deduction possibilities for families: Medical deductions and child care deductions/credits
3. ABLE/STABLE accounts

On a personal note, Steve and his wife have two children – a daughter who is 35 and son who is 32. Both children have autism and other related developmental disabilities. He welcomes any questions about the paths that his children have traveled, in the hope that it may help your family in dealing with the many issues his family has encountered with their educational and living situations, so that you can learn as much as you can from their experiences.
