The proposed slate for the JCC Board of Directors was presented to the current JCC Board of Directors
on August 29, 2024 and will be voted on at the JCC Annual Meeting on September 18, 2024:

NOTE: The presentation of the slate has been conducted in compliance with the JCC By-Laws and as
such, includes the required accompaniment of the related By-Law, as provided below:

Article IV – Officers - Section 10
“At least twenty (20) days before the Annual Meeting, the President, subject to the approval of the
directors shall appoint a Nominating Committee of seven (7). Said Committee shall nominate members in
good standing as candidates for the Board of Directors and Officers. This complete slate, together with a
copy of the “By-Laws” relative to nominations, shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the JCC and
appear in public print at least fifteen (15) days before the elections. In the event that the Board of
Directors fails to approve the Nominating Committee submitted by the President, it may elect its own
Nominating Committee.”
