Join our Parkinson’s Disease Support Group for people with Parkinson’s Disease and their care-partners. Sessions will start with everyone together before breaking up into two respective groups. Come for the information, stay for the companionship!

This group will be facilitated by Corrie Trattner (OT, Ed.D, OTR) and Elizabeth Martin (M.A., SLP-CCC). 

Registration is preferred, but not required for this free program.
