Lil Dribblers Basketball  ages 3 to 5 years old

A winter favorite!  This coed class teaches the basics of basketball utilizing bright colored basketballs and low hoops.  This motivational environment will help all participants learn and have fun.

Youth Basketball  Grades K-2

Stepping up from Lil Dribblers! Learn the fundamentals of basketball such as dribbling, passing, and shooting while gaining the experience of being part of a team.  This coed class teaches children how to work together and develop their court skills so they are ready for the next level of play.

High School Basketball

High School J-BALL is an in-house league for students grades 9-12. Teams are drafted and coached by senior captains. Fee includes, league fees, stats, awards, and board certified referees.

Thursday Evenings 5:00 – 10:00pm
Games from January 2 – March 12, 2020
Teams will be drafted on Thursday, December 26, 2019

In our Lil Sports classes, children play and learn with experienced coaches in a fun and safe environment that inspires creativity, fosters skill acquisition, and encourages the development of each child’s unique personality.

Lil Indoor Soccer 3 to 5 years old

A great introduction to soccer!  This program will teach your child the fundamentals of soccer such as dribbling, passing, shooting and scoring!  Your child will come home loving soccer and our skilled coaches!

Tiny Dancers 3 to 5 years old

We are going to tap our feet, and twirl to the beat! Klara Pasterczyk, a 14 year dance veteran, will be teaching your little ones the basics of tap, ballet, jazz and more in what is sure to be an incredible class for all!

Super Tot Gym and Swim 3 to 5 years old

This class serves the best of both worlds. This class consists of 45 minutes of physical education play, followed by swim instruction and play in the pool!

Lil Yogis 3 to 5 years old

In this playful yoga class designed especially for elementary aged-children, children will learn yoga poses, breathing, relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and give children the tools to manage stress and self-regulation in their daily lives.

Kids Karate

Our Kids Karate class, taught by long time expert, Daniel Krahala will teach students new simple and fun Taekwondo techniques. These foundational skills are designed to introduce core concepts of the martial arts— as well as serving as vehicles for teaching focus, self-control, and self-discipline. Our approach involves safe play-based exercises as well as improving balance, flexibility, and coordination through exciting and dynamic kicks! Whether learning proper posture, or delivering powerful punches, students will gain a real sense of confidence from their achievements. In Taekwondo, respect of self and others, and an appreciation for the value of hard work and perseverance, are the processes—as well as the products of—Taekwondo training.

Tumble away in our thrilling Lil Gymnasts class!  Children will learn basic gymnastics shapes, locomotor movements, body manipulation and object control skills.  Instructors will support children as they have fun while developing a strong physical foundation.

Archery K to 8th Grade

Test your skills, and learn some new ones! We are happy to introduce this beginner level introductory class, where participants will learn the basics of archery. We will teach each child about the equipment, technique, and form. This will be an exciting challenge that your kids’ do not want to miss out on!

Tween Bootcamp Fitness

Mondays, 5:00 – 5:45pm
ages 9 to 13 years old
Cardio, strength and flexibility all wrapped up in one class formatted specifically for 9 to 13 year olds.  The instructor will change the class every week, so it is never the same workout twice! Use small fitness accessories and your own body weight….lift and sweat your way to a great workout.

Rock Wall: Family Session

Conquer our indoor climbing wall with the whole family. Our staff will keep you safe and supervised as you try one of the best ways to stay in shape in this challenging but fun sport! Those who have taken the adult rock climbing class will be able to belay family and friends.
