Group Training

Small Group Training is a fun, effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. Our certified trainers lead small groups focusing on individual strengths, goals and fitness levels of the participants.

We Offer:

TRX Suspension Training Body-weight Exercise *

Tuesdays 10:15 – 11:15 am with Kelly

Thursdays 5:00 – 6:00 pm with Doug

Costs: $10 per class for members, $18 per class General Public


BogaFiT: where the water meets the land.*

BOGAFiT Yoga Classes*

Mondays 9:15 – 10:15 am with Susan

Wednesdays 5:45 – 6:45 pm with Susan

Costs: $10 per class for members, $18 per class General Public

BOGAFiT Bootcamp for Strength *

Mondays 6:30 – 7:30 pm with Sean 

Tuesdays 9:15 – 10:15 am with Nicki

Fridays 9:30 – 10:30 am with Sean

Classes are 60 minutes in length to include set up and break down of equipment and YOUR workout.

Costs: $10 per class for members, $18 per class General Public

Our certified JCC Personal Trainers will design an individual fitness plan according to your needs and goals. Your trainer will coach you through each workout to ensure maximum results. Sessions can be purchased at the J – buy in bulk to sweat & save!*

60+ Weekly Group Exercise programs at the J are designed to provide you with energizing cardiovascular workouts, effective strength training classes and a balance of yoga and mat Pilates classes. Our Group Exercise classes are fun and innovative and will challenge you to reach new levels in health and wellness.

Kehillah for Individuals with Special Needs

Kehillah, the J’s Special Needs Program, offers Adaptive Aquatics, Ladies’ Fitness, Men’s Fitness, Basketball, Zumba and more.

The mission of Kehillah, the JCC Special Needs Program (Kehillah means “community”), is to provide quality recreational and enrichment programs for children and adults with special needs. We are committed to fostering a fun and welcoming environment where participants develop skills and independence, build self esteem and cultivate meaningful relationships.
