Get fitter and stronger for life or sports with our Teen S&C program!

Learn how to do strength training and conditioning correctly with JCC personal trainer, Davian Madho. Using good form and proper technique, you will improve your overall fitness, strengthen muscles and bones, enhance balance and coordination, build confidence, and reduce the risk of injury.

For ages 13-17, all abilities welcome.

Pre-registration is required.

Fee: $120 JCC members, $150 general public
