We also run a volunteer program, giving members the opportunity to become part of our friendly Welcome Desk team. Volunteers support the Welcome Desk team during regular business hours, welcoming members and guests, giving tours of our campus, and assisting with special projects.
If you are interested in joining the Welcome Desk Volunteer Program, please review the volunteer handbook and contact Lisa Richard at lrichard@springfieldjcc.org. Volunteers must commit to at least five hours each month.
To join the Welcome Desk Volunteer Program, you will need to complete a volunteer application, interview, and orientation, and commit to at least five hours each month.
As a thank you for their work, volunteers who are not yet members will receive a free individual membership. Volunteers who are already members of the JCC will receive a complimentary spa membership, which includes a free locker and towel at no charge.
